Génesis Barraza is a USF '18 Alumnus and the Development Assistant for the nonprofit organization, No Bully. They talk about how their childhood development leading up to college has had many pivotal moments where individual or community engagement helped them find success as a first generation college graduate. Their philosophy now is to continue giving back what was given to them through tools of empathy, problem-solving, and ongoing communication with various community members.
