"Poverty Is Not The Enemy" with Roadkill

Chatting with Meghan Johnson (aka Roadkill): Povery Is Not The Enemy

Today I’m overjoyed to be joined by Meghan Johnson (aka Roadkill). She’s a staunch fighter for housing and human rights justice in San Francisco, and essentially the Erin Brokevitch of the housing crisis. As a tenacious community leader and advocate, she works alongside the Coalition on Homelessness, the production team at Stolen Belonging Project, among other capacities to urge social change. She’s also the mother of two gorgeous young kiddos, and I’m honored and blessed to call her my friend in the 7 months since we met at the COH. She shares her journey of being formerly unhoused, what it means to be an SF native, as well as the scatter plot of various issues and experiences we delved into during this insightful conversation.

Nonprofit organizations Roadkill urges folks to learn about and get involved....
