RESERVATION DEADLINE IS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Reservations and load-in times will be confirmed by telephone 1 week before the Swap.
Rock 'N Swap will be advertised in regional entertainment periodicals and heavily promoted on campus.
No handcarts provided.
LOAD-IN TIMES
5:30am - 9:00am with staggered times, three vehicles at a time. Please be prompt!
LOAD-OUT TIMES
Please vacate the building by 4pm.
DEALER MENU
All tables are available by reservation only.
Tables (aprox. 3'x6' with 2 chairs):
$60 for first table & two free admissions
$35 for each additional & one free admission
Wall Space and/or Outlet:
$10 additional per table *space limited*
Note: music cannot be played loud or at volumes that disturb other vendors. Ask Miranda if it is too loud. It is!
Bagels and Coffee provided for vendors and early birds, while supplies last.
CRATE RATE
(max size 12" x 15") is $20 per crate!
